Order Processing
All CLKWRK orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
During launches, promotional periods, or peak shipping seasons, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
CLKWRK ships Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days depending on location.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days depending on location and Australia Post network coverage.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside of our control
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.
If a parcel is returned to CLKWRK due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at:
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist where possible.
Once parcels have been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of CLKWRK’s direct control.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged items
- Photos of the external packaging
We will assess the issue and organise an appropriate resolution where applicable.
